With a background in design and landscapes Sara has been working in the creative industries for over 25 years. She has taught in education, lectured at universities and presented at state, national and global conferences around the world. Sara is passionate about sustainable futures and is able to incorporate innovative sustainability through design, planning and implementation.

ARCHITECTURAL DIRECTOR / NOMINATED ARCHITECT
Ed came to architecture after a 10 year career in the Fitness Industry. With a passion for architecture that is sustainable, beautiful and most importanly a pleasure to inhabit, he has had a diverse career. He has been fortunate enough to work on many high profile projects including the Opera House, Bondi Pavilion and the library at the Art Gallery of NSW. Having worked in the residential sphere for the last several years, Ed has a love for working in Regional NSW and the responsibility that comes with working in such special locations.

With a background in retail design and project management, Rachel has a fine attention to detail and organisation. As a Canadian, Rachel brings a unique perspective. She holds qualifications in Architectural Technologies and a Bachelor of Architectural Design. Rachel is passionate about sustainability with a keen interest in biophilic and social design techniques.

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT
Jesse is a Landscape Architect with a background in a broad array of projects spanning the healthcare, education and aviation sectors. As Subject Coordinator and Tutor at both the University of New South Wales and the University of Technology Sydney Jesse's love of teaching Design, Architecture and Built Environment students, has allowed him to push the limits of what is expected in the profession and to teach the next generation of Architects and Landscape Architects the most modern and innovative tools in design.
